Dosage for Delta 8 Edibles

If you are new to Delta 8 THC edibles, we recommend starting with a dose of 10mg and increasing the amount as needed in 5mg increments. Unlike when THC is inhaled through smoking and vaping, THC taken orally must travel through the digestive tract. At the end of the digestive process, the THC is partially metabolized by the liver and absorbed into the bloodstream, which carries the THC to the brain.
